About the event
Celebrate the New Year with this annual dip into the chilly Pacific Ocean. Be sure to wear your bathing suit. No wetsuits - that's cheating!
Registration, a pancake breakfast, and a craft fair begin at 9 am next to Zack's Pier Plaza. A costume contest takes place at 11 am, with prizes for wildest costume, youngest participant, oldest participant, participant traveling the furthest, and largest group represented.
The big SPLASH into the ocean takes place at noon.
$20 registration benefits the Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum. All participants will receive breakfast and certificate of appreciation.
Please note, breakfast service will end at 11 am. Vendors will be in Pier Plaza until 4 pm.
